Outside of work I value the time I spend with my husband and four children.  As parents we often spend most of our time cheering on our favorite soccer players on the sidelines but otherwise we love to watch movies, fish, garden, rest and just try to enjoy the simple things.

The decision to seek therapy and find a therapist can be difficult and overwhelming. Being a good fit to meet your needs is important to me as it is to you. I would love for this process to be as simple, easy and comfortable for you as possible. If after reading about me you would like to talk more or have additional questions please always feel free to call.

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to adults, children, teens, and couples. As a therapist my approach tends to be warm, authentic and direct.

I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I completed extensive training at the Center on Family Living. There I worked with individuals, teens, couples and families presenting with a variety of concerns.

Prior to pursuing my degree at Friends University I worked at Headquarters Counseling Center, the state receiver of the two national suicide prevention networks: National Hopeline Network and National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. I worked as a counselor and provided life support and counseling services to those in need.
